About the studio
The web arm of Acacia Lake Consulting.
Acacia Lake Web Solutions is the sister studio to Acacia Lake Consulting, a veteran-owned firm in Brownsville, Texas, and a member of the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce. Same standards, same discretion, pointed at one thing: websites that earn trust and keep it.
Why we exist
Small organizations need a capable partner who turns a business goal into a working system and takes responsibility for the agreed work. We implement, put controls in place, and stand behind what we deliver, with clear support options after launch.
Security in the foundation
Cesar holds a CISSO certification (Certified Information Systems Security Officer). We review access, configuration, backups, and data handling as part of the project. If your organization has specific compliance requirements, we define those needs and the required specialist review before work begins.
The right tool for the job
We build on Next.js for fast, durable custom sites, and on Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or clean hand-coded HTML and CSS when those fit you better. The deciding factors are your goals and how hands-on you want to be.

We agree on the outcome, scope, price, and responsibilities before work begins. You review the design and approve the site before launch. Cesar does the work locally and stays your point of contact, with support terms and any additional work agreed in writing.

Meet Cesar.
Cesar is the veteran owner of Acacia Lake Web Solutions. He has been building websites since 2001 and holds a Certified Information Systems Security Officer (CISSO) credential. He handles design, development, and launch from Brownsville.
You work with Cesar throughout the project. He helps define the scope, explains your options, and answers questions about the site he is building for you.
That’s his family in the photo. Brownsville is home, and Acacia Lake is the business he is building here.
